Mohammed Zaheer ul Hassan Ch. — known professionally as Zaheer Minhas — is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with over 24 years at the bar. Enrolled since 2002, he has handled more than 6,000 cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Sindh High Court, Labour Courts, the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

His principal areas of practice are labour and industrial relations law, corporate advisory, family litigation, real estate disputes, and constitutional petitions. He has 28+ reported judgments published in SBLR, PLD, and SCMR — a record that reflects consistent appellate success and a commitment to advancing the law for his clients. As the founding partner of Zaheer & Zaheer Advocates, based at DHA Karachi, he has represented 425+ corporate clients before the superior courts of Pakistan.

Beyond the courtroom, Zaheer has built a portfolio of eight ventures: Ventures HR Solutions (VHRS) and HRMatic for HR and industrial relations consulting; Ventures Home Solutions Private Limited for real estate advisory and property solutions; Ventures Logistics Solutions for freight and supply chain; Ventures Mines LLP for mineral resources; and Ashford Consulting International FZC in the UAE for cross-border business advisory. He is also an agriculturist, managing Minhal Agro Farms — a 250-acre farm in Chakwal, Punjab, where goats are raised — grounding his work in a practical understanding of Pakistan's economy at every level.
